What can be deleted
- Your stored reading history.
- Your earned badge records.
How to request deletion
Email info@alborapp.com with the subject “Albor Data Deletion Request.” State that you want your Albor reading history and badge records deleted.
Verification and completion
Albor may ask for enough information to identify the relevant app data before deletion. The associated cloud data will be removed unless retention is legally required. You will receive confirmation when the request is completed.
Audio recordings on your device
Your name, surname, email address, and audio recordings are stored locally and are not uploaded to Supabase. Remove them using the available app or device controls. Uninstalling the app normally removes app-local data, subject to your device and backup settings.
No subscription cancellation
Deleting data does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or purchase. Manage subscriptions separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
