By accessing or using Albor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Albor is provided by Halil Oyri in Türkiye. Questions may be sent to info@alborapp.com.
3. Service and content
Albor provides short educational stories and summaries inspired by books and fields of knowledge. Content is provided for general information and learning; it is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter. Your name, surname, and email address stay locally on your device. Albor does not provide a password-based login account. The handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to Albor.
- Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit Albor content except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not use Albor in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
Albor’s branding, interface, original text, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to third-party works remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
Features and content may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. Albor aims to keep the service available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Albor relies on third-party infrastructure such as Supabase. Use of those services may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Albor is provided on an “as available” basis. Halil Oyri is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
